Tour Confirmed:

Iceland: Western Fjords Tour
w/ Bill Schwab

September 1 - 10. 2009

Cost: $3150.00
(includes Airfare from Boston)

Final arrangements have been made  and the dates have been set for what will be a true photographer's adventure. This is not a workshop, no class time, no critiques, just some serious, intensive exploring and shooting in what I believe to be one of the truly wonderful and pristine places on earth to photograph.

The complete Itinerary is now online with the payment schedule. The trip includes multiple night stays in several areas of the remote West Fjords region and will offer almost endless photographic possibilities.

Iceland as you may know is not an inexpensive place to visit, even with the recent financial troubles. Practically all things are imported and resources are few making everyday items a bit more than you may be used to. However, traveling as a group we will be able to condense some of these costs making it less expensive for each person on average. Per person cost is $3150.00 based on a minimum of 8 travelers. Steep I know, but consider that traveling alone, I have averaged about 4500.00 per trip!

This cost will include:
- Roundtrip airfare from Boston to Reykjavik*
- Van hire and gasoline
- Private room each night (with private bath in most cases)
- Breakfast each morning

*Those coming from Europe and else ware will be charged a pro-rated fee less airfare and will be responsible for travel into Iceland where we will meet at Keflavik Airport.

All other costs- dinners, lunches, etc will be the responsibility of each participant aside from a few meals that may be included in more remote areas.

The trip is limited to 8 people and space is on a first come basis. There has been a lot of interest in this trip and I expect it will fill quickly so, if seriously interested, I urge to register as soon as possible at the following link. No deposit is required at this time and you will not be committed at this point.

I hope you will join me!
